Your Primary Care Doctor is your best option - even if it is after hours
Scheduling An Appointment
All visits require an appointment except in the case of an emergency. Unfortunately, we are unable to see your child if you walk in without an appointment. We may need to ask you to return later in the day when the schedule allows.
We make every effort to schedule appointments for ill children on the day that you call us.
We offer evening appointments until 6 pm and Saturday morning appointments in our Louiville office for acute care.
Please call our office ahead of time so that we can minimize the time that you will spend waiting.
If you have a medical emergency during office hours, we will do our best to see your child immediately or refer you to the appropriate facility.
We will allow extra time for consults or issues that may involve more time. Please discuss this with our schedulers when making an appointment in order to allow the extra time.
We are happy to provide Telehealth Visits for non-illness related appointments. Please read the following instructions to prepare you for the visit so that it may run smoothly and efficiently.
Once you have scheduled your telehealth appointment you will need to prepare by getting the following information for the patient being seen:
PATIENT FORMS: if the patient is being seen for a consult such as Asthma, Attention Deficit or Depression/Anxiety, please go to the PATIENT FORMS tab on our website and look for the form you will need. If you are unsure of which form you need please call and ask. 303-666-7337. Fill these forms out before your visit.
Checking in before the appointment: About 30 minutes prior to your appointment one of our staff members will call you to check and see if you were able to get all the information needed for the appointment and assist you in any way.
You will then need to open up the Doxy.Me platform for the telehealth visit with the provider you are scheduled to see.
You can click on the link of the provider you are scheduled to see below:

Did you know regular well child visits are one of the most important things you can do to keep your child healthy? Well child visits also provide you with the opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns you may have about your child’s health.
Your child should have a well child visit at the intervals listed below. We recommend that you call our office 2-3 months in advance to schedule an appointment with your child's primary care provider on the date that best fits your needs.
Due to the number of forms you and/or your child may need to complete, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. These forms help us to assess a number of items important to your childs health and development and some forms keep our records up to date!
We offer After Hours appointments in our Louisville Office Monday through Friday from 5 pm to 6 pm and Saturday's from 9 am to 12 pm. These appointments are billed at a slightly higher rate than during regular office hours.
