Patients who are taking medications for ADD/ADHD must be evaluated by a provider every 6 months. These appointments must be scheduled separately from the Annual Well Visit.
When requesting a refill, please call 5-7 days in advance. Most of these medications can now be sent to your pharmacy electronically. Check with your pharmacy to see if they accept electronic prescriptions. Remember to call when you are down to the last 7 pills.
